You will need a lot of try to have a good pic. I only used 20 images to make this LoRA so it's not consistent. You can have random fingers appearing thanks to guided_penetration. You can tag it but it's also not consistent.

It should work a bit for frontal but you might need more tries
@Nicows looks like as long as the base of the penis is hidden by testicles it's pretty reliable, but it doesn't understand the origin of where the penis is attached to the body. I don't think there's that much out there to train on, but maybe we will start getting more data now that this lora is available
