I found it quite hard to generate this pose in SD 1.5. This LoRA helps, but may not always work. It can help to increase the weight beyond 1.0. Additional related tags may also help.

I'm pretty sure I did this pose in the past, but... I had to make the pose in a 3D program first x) then apply it with OpenPose
yeah it can be done, but it's quite tricky just with prompting. controlnet does help :)
