Tried to make Very Small Women more stable on my own checkpoint ChrismixPNY-NSFW.
Still not great, but gives more realistic women, also older women. It seems to make faces and hands kinda blurry though, so Adetailer might be needed.
Minigirl and Tiny Woman works best in combination for prompt.

If you're hitting CivitAI's content block when trying to use this LoRa with the online generator, the word that's likely causing the problem is "minigirl".
