This model's base model is NovelAI All at 768 x 768, however, the generated images are using DivineEleganceMix.
Important things:
Main trigger word is "funtoys", if you have already made a good prompt but your toys are not generating well, adding just this should work.
Weight: 0.5-1 (Details below) (0.6 best imo)

Extreme tags like "uterine_prolapse" works but its rng, "x-ray" doesn't work or i couldn't make it to work.

It somewhat works, but you may need to add more weight to it. Also, if the sex toy is a dildo, it will most likely have a penis texture. You may want to add some other models for better futa results.
