I tried pruning it - completely changed the results.
This model really only can do Anime, anything approaching photorealistic or even just detailed art leads to 'melty faces'
Highly recommended to use '3D' in your negative prompt.

can be compressed a little more? 5gb seems too much to me
As I said in the description, when I tried it changes the output - which still looks good.. but given that I am trying to preserve an existing mix - I felt it would be wrong if it wasn't accurate anymore.
The size would be reduced about ~1gig. It's already fp16 but it has a baked Vae. (Also in the description)
