This is a dynamic wildcard intended to bring you a lot of variations on generation.
In addition to the normal usage, you can use this yaml wildcard with the following text :
__cf-mistress/prompt-costume__ : prompt only the mistress costume

Your files are downloading all with similar names though such as dynamicWildcard_v10.zip.
yeah I think the zip filename is based on the title. The policy name has changed on downloaded filename some time ago, probably to reduce the filename length. But you should unzip the file, or download the megapack.
