The relevant Danbooru tags are lying_on_stomach and on_stomach. Mentioning body parts like back and buttocks that can only be seen from behind also helps.
(Frankly Pony is pretty good at the dakimakura concept even without this LoRA, which tends to pull in things like an anime style and a bedsheets and pillow background that you may or may not want.)
