If you're looking for the braided/twisted look and not the pushed-up look then this will do it for you. In my generations I wasn't able to get the pushed-up look. The lora also seems very prone to giving you arm bands or arm warmer type sleeves.
Thanks for the feedback, will try to separate the styles in next version. Maybe reduce the strength to get the pushed-up look? And I don't know why it makes those detached sleeves things, but you can put sleeves in the negative prompt, maybe will help
