Hello, I worked on putting together a LoRA for Vaporeon, testing out different training methods for better LoRA's.

This LoRA is trained on about 40 different images of Vaporeon both male, female, feral and anthro. This LoRA does a good job at feral genitalia as well as human it also does clothing alright for SFW as well as duo m/m m/f f/f NSFW scenes, the LoRA weight seems to work best at 0.8 but if you're using other LoRA's like Art styles or other characters it seems to work well anywhere from 0.4 to 0.6.
