There are 3 versions:
SD 1.5 V1.0 - Less flexible and a bit overcooked, but can achieve great results in anime style with Doll thematic.
SD 1.5 V2.0 - More flexible. Have much less impact on the style of the model. I recommend this model.
SDXL Pony - Best overall, but requires SDXL based checkpoint.
Besides main tag you can also use: salute, empty eyes, dark persona

Are you using Pony checkpoint? Also make sure that Lora weight is 0.8-0.9
Re downloaded model from site, everything seems to work fine for me. Try to use this checkpoint https://civitai.com/models/257749?modelVersionId=290640
