Getting natural looking large breasts can be next to impossible in most models via prompt. Get out more and maybe you'll get it eventually: breasts irl don't look like plastic, physics-defying things.
All that said... This Lora doesn't get it either, they look silicon-y to me. Past a certain weight, breasts sag and don't stay round like that. If they don't, they're enhanced (or AI generated).
