Base appearance prompt is hibikikc, long hair, grey hair, blue eyes
To apply outfits, add the outfit prompt on top of the base appearance prompt.
Hibiki outfit: hibikioutfitkc, serafuku, black thighhighs, pleated skirt, black hat
Verniy outfit: verniyoutfitkc, school uniform, white hat, black sailor collar, long sleeves, buttons, black thighhighs, pleated skirt
Camo jacket outfit: camooutfitkc, camouflage jacket, white hat, pantyhose, pleated skirt, earmuffs
Additionally you can add shoes or loafers for Hibiki and Verniy outfit, and boots for Camo jacket outfit.
The hammer and sickle on hat in the Verniy outfit may not be very consistent.

The skirt should be black, but it is drawn blue. Sailor collar same, and hat. However, it's nice to see this character for pony. Thank you.
Unfortunately there's little I can do about it, given such colour variations exist due to her dataset images being drawn inconsistently. You can probably try adding black skirt tag, maybe that'll help.
@_Yami_ I added it, but it needs a very high weight, the effect was not strong.
