Stable Diffusion is bad at making realistic volcanic eruptions. Here, I created a series of LoRAs (More to come) using actual images of volcanic eruptions. The user should use the LoRAs for educational purposes only (not to create fake images to scare or confuse people).

The LoRAs support both txt2img and img2img inpainting. The latter allows the eruption of any mountain. Currently, the LoRAs appear to be incapable of generating anime-style paintings. Realistic checkpoints, such as JuggernautXL and DreamshaperXL, are compatible.

Version details:

Plinian (v3 - very easy)

It allows users to generate high-intensity explosive "Plinian" eruptions. To intensify the eruption, increase the strength value up to 3. For inpainting, you just need to mask the sky above the vent.

Prompt example: a volcano is having a large/intermediate-sized/small plinian eruption (from the top/flank of a volcano) (at the distant horizon), ash clouds, dark clouds, white clouds, (a mushroom cloud), scenery, blue sky with few clouds, (aerial view, photo from airplane)

PDC (v2 - still beta quality)

It allows users to generate destructive pyroclastic flows (or PDC - pyroclastic density current). It is still in beta quality but considering the difficultness of the concept, it is understandable. "View from left/front/right" seems to be not working well. For inpainting, you need to start from a small PDC. Good luck.
