Try copying the settings from one of the example images then tweaking from there.
I cant pin the style pf the first image. But its so familiar. Its driving me crazy

Very versatile lora...is there another website you post your stuff? Like mastodon/ pixiv or other?
I post some of my images on pixiv occasionally but not really on anything else. I have a backlog of Loras that need to be uploaded but I have no motivation to do it because it's a huge effort to go to just to have them removed.
@fongletto I know that feeling. Would be cool a website with less censorship, maybe the community will figure that out eventually. Btw what is your pixiv profile so I can follow you there?

My Pc isn't powerful enough to train XL models and I don't have the Buzz to make multiple attempts.
Pony also struggles a fair bit with only real photos as training images so I'd probably have to use a pony hybrid model. (sorry about the late reply for some reason civitai only sent it through today)

Are you planning on doing a Hermione version for each movie?
I was originally when I first started. But then I realised the difference between the first two movies is too small to be picked up on in training. And in the later movies you can just use a regular Emma Watson model.
@fongletto hard disagree. each movie has its own color scheme and costuming, and her hair style changes numerous times. The third and fifth movies she has a pretty distinct look IMO that you would not be able to capture with this lora nor a modern emma lora.
It would be interesting to see a realistic version of this lora and your other not published lora. If you post them somewhere, please write.

@Murdochella Not sure, it says it's enabled in the settings. Are you generating on civitai or another platform?
@fongletto I'm trying to generate in civitai. It only says "download" instead of "generate". I think civitai doesn't allow many models to be used onsite by a single user.
