Wood Block Prints 1.0
Just preface any simple prompt with 'Woodblock print'!
Initial version turned out so much better than I would expect. Will there be future versions? Maybe if I really feel I need to teach it how to do sci-fi space and magic better. But right now, it's already very capable and surprisingly flexible.

Very good, fun to play with and surprisingly adaptable. For image-to-image I have been posterising the input, which seems to give a cleaner result.
thanks, Rob. The site's reactions aren't saving on images consistently right now, but when that's fixed you know I'll be giving you positive reactions to your images, cuz you always post pure gold content!
@eldritchadam I've posted a few, which should appear... the site is very slow and glitchy today.
That's awesome, great work! Just a suggestion, It would be great to see some pop art styles like Roy Lichtenstein and Warhol
right you are! I'll start collecting some images and see if I can get something cohesive out of it. I'll likely take it a different direction than just straight homage - I really like to develop an aesthetic to where it can be used as a general-purpose style for any kind of scene. There's definitely something in pop art to work with. Thanks for the inspiration!
wow this is beautiful! been waiting for a way of doing this style for a long time, everything i tried had "meh" results.
thanks so much for making this lora! 🙏
very much my pleasure! Definitely not the most popular model, but there are a few of us LoRA trainers slowly filling out some much-needed art styles like this. Just in time for SDXL to be obsolete, and then we can train them anew for SD3 ...
@eldritchadam popularity isn't really as important as variety (everybody seems to be doing anime/girls).
i've always loved this style and i've done some designs in illustrator, but it takes a loooong time to get them to look good and consistent.
definitely need to get into training loras now that i bought a GPU with 12gb vram. just need more time off from work and learn how to do it properly, dataset preparation seems to be the most time consuming part.
@merodeador that's the truth! By all means, message me if you need assistance.
hi, i was wondering... will you do a flux lora with this style? still one of my all time favorites :-)
Most definitely! I'm just now testing outputs from a Flux version of the Painting Sketch style - but I'll line this one up next.
Thanks for the encouragement, and the buzz tip! I don't have hardware up to the task of training for Flux locally so I spend buzz on this site to train Flux LoRAs. Your tip is much appreciated!
