When I tested this with different checkpoints and LoRAs, it seemed to work quite well.

Illustrious:

A LoRA weight of 0.9 works great, though you can adjust the strength as you prefer.

Prompts I usually used:

makima-cm, red hair, braided ponytail, bangs, sidelocks, symbol-shaped pupils, yellow eyes, ringed eyes, white collared shirt, black necktie, black suit pants, shirt tucked in, outfit1,

SD 1.5:

A LoRA weight of 0.7 works great, though you can adjust the strength as you prefer.
