I am not familiar with TWEWY/NeoTWEWY, but I see that it is a game, which might be why no one has yet to make a lora of its style as a dataset may not be easily available to gather and train on.
@r3c Yeah, it's a niche game, the artwork and style was done by Nomura from FF7 fame. It's such a unique style that is hard to see often. But if you are interested in giving a go, here are 2 pages that have the official artwork:
