This model is simultaneously a character, a real personality, and a style. But at the same time, it is not any of this to the full extent. It is not trained on real photos of a person, and does not represent an original character from this universe.Not existing character that appears in result of combination a real person and GF style LoRas.
This separate LoRa trained on better results of this combination.
For dataset to this LoRa I used my own person trained model and this style model:

This might be an original character created to mimic the style of Gravity Falls, but not actually representing a character from that series. The hair color suggests it might be an attempt at Mabel Pines. If so, I would say she is not a good likeness. Or she may be from a Russian or Eastern European source with which I am not familiar, since the word gusenica is Russian for caterpillar.
Maybe the creator would be so kind as to clarify who this is, or clearly state that she is an original character. The training tags make it clear she was designed for NSFW images.
All that aside, this LoRA does actually produce a character with mostly consistent features. She works fairly well with all of the checkpoints I tried. A decent effort at character creation.

You can find in google who is "gusenica_lo". This is patreon nickname.
So, as she make NSFW content , LoRa was designed for NSFW content too. But not only.
I decided to generate some pics with her in GF style , and I like it. So for better reproducibility I made this.
I did not claim that this is an existing cartoon character, but in essence the model generates a new character with its own distinctive features.
If you like her (gusenica_lo i mean) and Gravity Falls, this model allow to make some interesting pics both in the original style of GF and in semi realism but with maintaining the GF setting , such as lighting, pine trees, etc.
