I recommend 512x512 for poses1-4. 512x768 should work for pose 5 and 6.

This is good, to help with pilot loras can you have the hands to the sides like holding mech controls?
I probably could. I'd need to know the Lora so I could get the hands in the right place though.

@findingavarice521 I can't run that particular lora, but I made some generic poses that might help you. You can see them here: https://civitai.com/models/338085?modelVersionId=378532. They should position the arms in the general locations you need them in, and then you'd put some direction in the prompt about what you want the hands doing.
