Description
Trained on NAI. 3 different trainings, varied dataset quality, varied resolutions.
Check the LoRA file metadata using Additional Networks extension in Auto111 webui for more information on tags and training.
This LoRA took me many days to get it right but I think it works quite well now! Hope you like it and share your feedback!
You can use weight 1 or lower, and CFG 5-8 depending on the model used. It was trained on NAI so it works well with descendant models, including semi-realistic models. You can easily combine it with multiple LoRAs without overfitting.
Character tags:
kitagawa marin:kitasch(school outfit),kitabkn(bikini outfit)kuroe shizukurizu-kyuninui sajunainui shinjugojou wakana:gojoujap(japanese clothes),gojouband(headband),gojousch(school outfit)grampa:gojoujap(japanese clothes),towel around neck
If a particular detail from the character's outfit isn't showing up, you can add it to your prompt or you can try to increase the weight of some of the tags.
You can also get a character to cosplay: e.g. use both kitagawa marin and rizu-kyun, or inui sajuna and kuroe shizuku.

So glad this includes all the cosplay and also Gojou-kun. It's much more fun when the both of them are together in a scene, instead of just Kitagawa-san by herself.
Also, about the LoCon: From what I understand, LoCons are better for style and LoHAs are better for characters. I haven't made any of them, so I'm just going by what I read. You might try doing it as a LoHA instead, if you haven't tried that already.
Thanks for the feedback! I agree it's better when you can combine characters from the same show.
You are right, I actually meant LoHa here (editing post now). I tried LoCon for a style and it was closer but still missed the mark. I need to do more testing on both. The LoHa with this dataset kept burning the images so I'm not sure if learning rates and dim/alpha were good.
@psoft I'm still trying to figure out all the intricacies of lora making, but the little bit I know tells me that it could be a dim too high or possibly just overtrained. Take that for what it's worth, from someone who's much more of a "consumer" than a "producer." Or it could be that the LoHA was good, but it needed a much lower CFG or lora strength. Actually, I guess that would probably mean it's overcooked…
@dita yeah, still haven't figured out a lot. But I now realize that if you're not able to use close to 1 weight and your regular CFG it means your model is overfitted. You should be able to use various well trained LoRAs at the same time with little to no side effects.
I'll give it another try on LoHas later.
@psoft That's certainly true. I remember when LoRAs were new and I first tried one, not realizing that I needed to turn the strength down. Made the most messed up thing I've ever had to come out of SD. 😁
But that's supposed to be one of the benefits of LoHAs too, that you can use them without interfering with LoCons. Now... If someone can create a way to use two different character loras to make two different characters — and not using a hack-ish thing like latent couple or outpainting or something like that — then I and probably everyone else will be very happy.
@dita I've been doing that successfully with a few LoRAs (from others and mine). It is possible, but maybe not very consistent. See the example I posted in the images of my Saeko Busujima LoRA where I added a previous LoRA (Rei Miyamoto) in the prompt to put both characters together. I had to lower the weight of the previous LoRA because I realize now it's a bit overtrained. But still works.
@psoft Cool, I'll check it out. When I've tried to do it previously, I've gotten blended characters. But I admit I haven't tried extensively to make it work. I haven't even been able to fire up SD for the last week now...
could you rename the title to "girlpack" or something, I almost couldn't find this again I thought I lost it.
thanks for the suggestion. added at the end since it's not just a girlpack with gojou in there :)
@psoft o i didnt even notice gojou lol. hmm..... ah well im sure its fine. Gojou best girl
Added you to my girlpack bookmark page. You rock!! Keep up the great work!! LOVE your monster loras too!
Thanks!
Can you please also make character pack for rent a girlfriend even the male characters?
can you make a Lora for Nowa also? Marins friend
