Version 2 update:
have been away from image gen training for a while so I decided to to redo one of the lora's i wasn't happy with with some of the new stuff, dadaptation3 with high res pics.
the example pics use a 50/50 AOM2 7th anime C mix, as well as using the fineline lora to soften any lines, I don't know what people are using nowadays for anime styles so they could work better or worse with this lora.
This is trained on high resolution images so it tends to work better with high res fix in webui.

Amazing that there hasn't been a good strike witches Lora yet! Thank you!
The characters depicted in some of the example images are wearing skirts as opposed to being pantless like in the anime.
It's because they look young enough to where they could get their lora taken down if they depict them how they look in the anime, unfortunately.
@xSatouMatsuzakax I understand. The fact that they are pantless just adds the charm of their character designs but it also sexualizes them in a way it gets distracting.
@boothero24 I actually thought after awhile while watching that it was pretty normal. due to the way that all women/girls don't wear pants in their world, instead of having issues with modesty, they're able to get along out in public and never have to worry about anyone looking at them weirdly for it. I like how they were able to talk to guys and they never thought of them as "perverted" for not wearing pants. That's just how the girls look in their world.
Only thing that made it sexual was zooming in on them down there and the naked stuff, but I enjoy ecchi so that's no problem for me lol~
What my sister would describe Strike Witches as a way to appeal to boys by having aliens fighting sexy girls.
@boothero24 It is still an ecchi anime even though the world they live in simply has their outfits be normal either way.
I know nobody asked but I wanna talk about this a little more. The exciting possibilities.
Ecchi is my fave genre probably, especially when the characters are likeable, the designs are good, and the music is enjoyable. After all, the bar is being raised for making these things much better now. If we just slap anything together and call it done, someone will watch it because there's hot girls, but why would they watch my things when they can generate something that meets all their needs? Something I am gonna enjoy about the AI art revolution is that it will change things for the better. If anyone wants to stay ahead, they will HAVE to put effort into making the lore good. The characters good. The music good. And not just copy-pasting the same girls and changing barely anything and using mediocre VAs.
For years, we have seen anime and manga makers just slap something together real quick and call it done, and they never got anywhere with it because why would they? They didn't try. And anime studios have copy-pasted so much for so long that the same face and body syndrome thing is SO real. But some ecchi/harem animes took a plot that has been used a lot (hot anime characters fighting to save the world) and make them so good that the way they did it changes the game, and changes how everyone else makes their animes too, causing a ripple effect for worldwide anime improvement.
You also forgot to add Sanya Litvak, Mio Sakamoto, and Eila Juutilainen.
oh sorry, the model is trained on them just absentmindedly missed putting them in the description.
Hi, I didn't notice that someone already made a lora for strike witches.
I am wondering if you are aware of my repository https://github.com/cyber-meow/anime_screenshot_pipeline which may help in your process.
I do want to train some models for the entire witches series (strike+brave+luminous), though I plan to start with luminous witches and as usual I don't know when I will do that. It will be nice if you can share your training data with me. Thanks.
sorry for the late reply, I haven't logged in to civitai for a long while so I just noticed your comment when I uploaded a new lora for this, will check out that repo though,
dataset for current version is basically a combination of cropped official art, and images stitched from panning shots from season 1 and 2 of the anime as well as the movie, some of the images upscaled using 4X anime 6B. total of 798 images which is about 2GBs , don't know where I would share this though if you wanted me to give you the whole thing.
You can either directly upload it to civitai or otherwise you have access to my discord on my personal page if you want to share it privately. Thanks!
Btw where do you get images for all these 504 characters? Are you just using official art for them?
