Since we used Animagine XL and such alot we're literally just using this from now on: Animagine XL 3.0 now uses the Fair AI Public License 1.0-SD, compatible with Stable Diffusion models. Key points:
Modification Sharing: If you modify Animagine XL 3.0, you must share both your changes and the original license.
Source Code Accessibility: If your modified version is network-accessible, provide a way (like a download link) for others to get the source code. This applies to derived models too.
Distribution Terms: Any distribution must be under this license or another with similar rules.
Compliance: Non-compliance must be fixed within 30 days to avoid license termination, emphasizing transparency and adherence to open-source values.

please note that when you're using the gshade/reshade inspired loras, to support FFXIV and the modding community at large. Tip your "waitresses" (content creators) and feed their habit.
While modding FFXIV is not "allowed" under ToS we all know its a "dont talk about fight club" and don't mention it in game.
As for anything else: Try not to use this for commercial use, while the lora itself has said "commercial use ok" - concept/use in a commercical setting should mean that after you make a generation you rework it, redraw it - don't pass the work off as your own as a lot of it is in game content and I am trying too hard to stay out of Square Enix's radar.
