Anyway, I have made a mistake in my past iterations of the frame helper concept, and the mistake is not messing with the CFG and diagnosing scales. With that being said this is pretty important as it can determine how similar of an image you want it to be, making generations less 'gacha', shout out to Gaspatcher. You can probably see the massive difference this makes through the examples. On top of being a frame helper this is a pretty good missionary LORA in general, fairly versatile and even has potential to generate cowgirl positions instead the same way.

Now with all that out the way how about we get down to business??

This model is split into 2 parts, each part representing a stage of the LORA. Simply generate the images evolving or devolving from your choice of starting stage vie img2img and bring them into a video editing software to compile the video. As many frames as you want and as consistent as you want.
