Maybe you have noticed that Stable Diffusion mostly gives you high-rise pants, even when prompting not to. That's why this LoRA exists.
Update: There seems to be a way to prompt SD to create low-rise pants. Thanks to stapfschuh for pointing this out. Link to article (scroll to bottom).
In case you still want to try, this LoRA is based on a set of 35 photo samples and trained with the PicX real model. It works with standing and kneeling poses as well as realistic and non-realistic models. It should also work with different kind of pants (cargo pants, denim pants, etc.). A few sample images were "extremely low-rise", so thight might work, too.
Use a strength between 0.6 and 0.8 for best results.

@BrokenTycoon i forgot one prompt to add. for activation, you have to add "no-virgin-anymore". you will pretty much realise after reading that prompt, why always only high rise pants get generated.

I dunno about the dude claiming the low-rise-pants prompt working because it doesn't work at all for myself.
You really do have to play around with the prompting a bit, but this lora does work ok. However it has a frequent tendency to produce really tall/out of proportion women.
