SchmusRealism: Anamorphic Streaks - Krea 2
This slider draws horizontal anamorphic lens flares through the bright lights in a Krea 2 image: headlights, street lamps, neon, stage spots.
No trigger word. Strength = amount, 0 to 1
What it does
Anamorphic film lenses squeeze the image sideways. Every bright point light then flares into a thin horizontal line, usually blue: the look of night-time car chases, cyberpunk cities and space movies.
This LoRA adds the streaks as a lens effect:
- Streaks start at the lights. Headlights, lamps, neon tubes and red warning lights each get their own line, longer on the brighter ones.
- Thin and sharp, with a white core near the light that fades to blue: real lens streaks, not broad bands of color.
- 0.5 is a hint, 1.0 is the full movie look.
Use cases
Night cars and streets: headlights on wet asphalt, highways, tunnels, street racing.
Cyberpunk and neon: rainy alleys, signs, megacities.
Concerts and stages: spotlights pointing into the crowd.
Sci-fi: corridors, cockpits, landing lights.
Cozy night scenes: a cat at a window with the city lights behind it.
Why not just prompt "anamorphic lens flare"?
Same seed for every column.
Off: base Krea 2.
Base Krea 2 + prompt: the same prompt with "Shot on anamorphic lenses: noticable content shift over the whole image. Thin horizontal blue lens flare streaks spanning the whole height of the light source instead of through its horizontal center.
LoRA 0.5 / 1.0: the slider, prompt unchanged. Thin horizontal streaks as they would appear from a real lens.

The prompt rebuilds the photo. A different camera position, another car, other street lamps; the cat moves. The whole image also turns colder.
The prompt draws broad bands and star bursts. Wide blue smears across the frame, often where there is no light at all (car), and starburst lamps instead of lines (cat).
The slider keeps your picture and draws thin lines that start exactly at each light: the headlights, the street lamps and the red lights on the radio tower.
The slider is a dial. 0.5 is subtle, 1.0 is the full look. No rerolling, no prompt tweaking.
How to use
Recommended: Krea 2 Turbo, 8 steps, cfg 1, euler / simple, with two samplers:
Sampler 1: steps 0 to 3 on the plain model. This lays out the picture.
Sampler 2: steps 3 to 8 with the slider. This adds the streaks.
Set the amount with strength_model on the Load LoRA (model only) node:
StrengthLook0.5subtle: short streaks on headlights and lamps1.0the full anamorphic look
Values in between blend smoothly.
Keep the change point (
start_at_step/end_at_step) at 3. At 4 the streaks get weaker, at 5 they almost disappear.Positive strengths only. Krea 2 has no streaks to remove, so negative values just change the image.
Works with other LoRAs. Put the slider last in the chain on the sampler-2 model.
Best subjects: dark scenes with small, bright lights. Big soft light sources (a lit window, an overcast sky) get little or nothing.
Strengths and weaknesses
Strengths
Thin, physically placed streaks from the actual lights in your image, which prompting can't do.
Smooth control from 0 to 1 with a single number.
With the two-sampler workflow, the image keeps its composition, light colors and mood.
Scenes without bright lights are left alone.
Weaknesses
Faces and small lettering can change at 1.0. A face in the frame may turn into a slightly different person, and neon characters get redrawn. At 0.5 they stay. For portraits, stay around 0.5 to 0.7.
Small drift elsewhere: clouds and small background details can shift a little.
Daylight at 1.0: a few faint streaks can appear on very bright white areas, such as a white shirt in the sun.
