I used res_multistep and sgm_uniform at CFG 1 and 12 steps.

You can pair euler with simple and lower the steps to 8, but YMMV

Something simple like this seemed to work consistently as long as you don't choose an inappropriate aspect ratio for the pose. I had good luck at 1080x1920 and 1920x1080.
