When the negative LoRA weight is increased, the result may take on a Barbie doll-like style (I don't know why either). You may need to combine it with a realism slider or a photography-style LoRA to make the result look more realistic.
The goal of positive LoRA weights is to make things larger, while the goal of negative LoRA weights is to make things smaller. However, I cannot confirm which subjects or objects can be effectively enlarged or reduced.
Examples:
You can use "miniature woman" with a negative LoRA weight, but you can also use "giant man" at the same time. However, the effect of "giant man" will be weaker.
