All of these characters are named after ordinary German words. If you prompt with the original names, the model might pick up those meanings and mix them into the image. So I trained the LoRA on similar fantasy names:

Fern → Pherna · Stark → Stahrold · Sein → Seynmar · Serie → Serivane · Flamme → Flomira · Aura → Auzra · Lawine → Lawinka · Kanne → Kannelie · Übel → Ubelle · Ehre → Ehrisa · Wirbel → Wyrbenn · Methode → Methessa · Denken → Denkrath · Laufen → Laufette · Frieren → Frieren (unchanged)

The LoRA can yield likeness, but short descriptions help a lot to keep 15 characters apart:

• Frieren: small elf, silver-white twin tails, white gold-trimmed capelet, striped shirt

• Pherna: very long straight purple hair with blunt bangs, black coat over a white turtleneck

• Stahrold: messy red hair, red jacket, bandaged forearms, battle axe

• Seynmar: tall priest with brown shoulder-length hair and goatee, navy coat with gold chevrons

• Serivane: small elf with knee-length golden hair, cream wrap top with pink sash, barefoot

• Flomira: long wavy orange hair covering her right eye, white draped dress, gold choker

• Auzra: demon with golden horns, pink braided hair, navy bodysuit with a huge magenta bow

• Lawinka: light grey hair with a braid across the top, royal blue ruffled dress, white lace-up boots

• Kannelie: short orange pigtails, white cropped blouse, green shorts

• Ubelle: messy olive-green side ponytail, black mini dress, one long black glove

• Ehrisa: shoulder-length wavy brown hair, grey coat, magenta cloak with a green brooch

• Methessa: very long dark-blonde hair, navy coat with frog closures and a thick fur collar

• Denkrath: elderly man, long reddish-brown beard, monocle, huge white collar, plum cloak
