The prompt is so detailed, the model isn't even necessary to generate this character in the checkpoint. I'm adding 4 images to the gallery all reusing the prompt: one is with the model at 0.9, one is at -1.0 which in theory would negate her description, the third is just the prompt with no model loaded and the fourth is another one of the above. Try to tell which is which without reading the metadata.
