Extract the zip and place the folder at:

\extensions

You can enable it in txt2img tab, and adjust by using the canvas. you can edit the preview prompt with more weights too for some extreme angles.

sd-forge-anima-camera-withRandom.zip - version with random button, that randomizes the camera each generation.
