The answer is yes you can alter breast shape if the current shape is not to your liking. It requires additional LORA and works even with text to image. Enjoy.

@crafted101 I was anticipating a question from others about if the downblouse could accomodate different sized breasts. It was my question to be sure. Using your lora downblouse is possible with other sized breasts and thanks again for making it.
@MMOFan Recommendations of loras that play well with this one to change the size etc?
