Hilda of Polaris is the priestess of Odin and ruler of Asgard, charged with praying to keep the polar glaciers frozen. Possessed by the Ring of the Nibelung (controlled by Poseidon), she becomes the antagonist of the Asgard arc and declares war on Athena. After being freed by Seiya, she regains her kind and peaceful nature, saving the world with her final prayer.
