Someone asked questions about prompting in a picture comment I'll replicate it here as it might be of general interest:
From my experiments with quite early sdxl versions, "bodypaint", "makeup", and "coated in" are your friends, as well as "skin" and/or "bare skin" in the negative. "nude" is fickle, it occasionally rubs off paint. Newer models might be more furry-enabled, haven't tried, in that case you probably also want "fur" in the negative.
To keep faces human try things like "kissable lips" in the positive and "muzzle, snout" in the negative.
There's also some interaction between some hairstyles and specific animals, e.g. the sides of a tiger face (actual one) line up with "bobcut".
