Further experiments:
I'm pretty surprised that this model can do robot furries and inflatable toy furries well with positive prompts as "inflatable toy male/female" "furry robot male/female"
If you want extremely robotic/synthetic, put "blush, teeth, tongue, fangs" on the negative prompts, omit to have a more organic face.
