What else do you use besides the LoRA? I bought and used the standard T2V + LoRA workflow, but the video doesn't look as good as the ones in your presentation; it comes out with a Minecraft style, but the lighting and other elements are quite different.
well all workflows work differently and get most influence by the checkpoint then the LoRa's sometimes even the VAE and text encoders. In my case I use the Turbo Lora not here but in another platform Mage.space here is a reference link in case you want to check it out we both can earn 5k Gems. https://www.mage.space/refer/Artikuz_Ai I believe they don't have specific workflow but it works just fine even with simple Prompts i got good results. I cant generate locally sadly my gpu is not strong enough for videos. And The generator here on civit sucks most of the time. So can you tell me which resources you was using in your workflow? I will like to check mostly the checkpoint or if maybe using other loras btw i use 1 strength with the lora.
