Paid for this and it just crashes on the first sample.
Error I get:
ValueError: Expected trailing dimension of mat1 to be divisible by 16 but got mat1 shape: (750080x12)
It’s dying on txtfusion.projector. That layer is only 12 wide, and the FP8 kernel on a 5090 needs that number to be a multiple of 16. 12 isn’t, so it blows up.
Same workflow is fine with kroma and exercitus. Those didn’t quantize that tiny projector.
Also dumping a huge list of unexpected comfy_quant keys on load, including the projector one.
Can you put out a version that leaves txtfusion.projector in bf16? Pretty sure that’s all it needs.
I will look into it today and update as necessary, If I cannot you will be refunded. I am running on a 3090, and more than likely missed this issue due to it being compatible by 12.
@Smutcaster No no no... no need for a refund... just do what you can brother, I appreciate it. Looks like an amazing model, i'd love to give this a go.
@A_fuzzy_larkin I’ve uploaded a “-fix” file alongside the original. Please let me know if this solves your issue, as I’m unable to troubleshoot and diagnose this correctly on my end using a 3090. I have no errors inside Forge-Neo or Comfy with either tensors file, and that’s expected with the card differences & errors you encountered. If it works, I’ll go ahead and update the About Section for anyone else encountering this issue. Thank you for bringing it to my attention.
