H3 Scene Studio is a local HTML builder for MiniMax Hailuo / H3 image-to-video.
Pictures own faces, bodies, clothes and the room. The page only writes the timeline: who does what, when, camera, sound.

Each block has its own pose, look, pleasure face, hands, and camera. Undefined pose = action only, so the last shot can stay coherent.

How to use
Open the HTML.
Match the cast to your refs.
Tick the acts. Leave menus on any to roll, or lock a value.
New scene → Copy all → paste into H3.
Fix ref if shot 1 must stay on the first frame.
Female / Man / Clothes / Place start off so the refs keep those unless you tick them.
Beta
Random + multi-person still fight the model sometimes. Style pack wins over per-shot cameras. Family labels are adult 18+ roleplay only.
Description
First frame / no-cut
Start on Picture 1 — shot 1 holds the still: same crop, face, clothes, pose, backdrop. Camera static. No POV on the open.
With that on, Man block is skipped. He is written as a man who appears in the Picture 1 scene, not as a Picture 2 scene swap.
All in shot 1 (under Shot joins) — one [Shot 1] only. Every act still written in full. Later acts are Then… bridges, no At 00:03.000 (H3 reads that as a cut list).
One-take bridges: “from that same stance she lowers in view. The camera holds.” Avoids official cut phrases (the shot cuts to / transitions to).
Pose bypass
Removed from Timeline.
Prompt bypass on each act (Intro, Tease, HJ, BJ, Breast, Sex, Cum). Your text replaces that pose. Camera, mood, clothes, body still append.
Camera / style
Style packs added or locked to the female: bodycam, GIF loop, interview then drop, club-phone flash, hidden cam.
Style pack forces distance/angle on the female. Camcorder pack does not rewrite Picture 1 light (no lamp/window language).
All shots distance / height override on Timeline.
Any / randomizers can pick the full camera lists.
Shot 1 under Start on Picture 1 ignores pack reframes.
Timeline extras
Shot stamp lock — custom line after every timestamp.
Continuity = keep shot 1 ending look (clothes/hair), not a second-person gate.
Yellow reset, per-category pink random (when present in that build).
Default sequence (not single shot).
Characters
Hide man face — neck-down crop, no tilt to his eyes. Subject 2 matches.
Female clothed (on by default) — breast/ass/frame are shape under fabric, not already nude.
Man: skin, clothes, length, girth, obese/body wording.
Female: body frame, breasts, ass, height, age 18–90.
Relationship lines (strangers / couple / family-adult wording).
Male 2 / Female 2 actions when 1F+2M or 1M+2F is selected.
Experience on HJ / BJ / breast / sex (first time → master), written before the pose.
Per-act pleasure face (not one face for the whole clip).
Per-act man left/right hand.
Speed range very slow → absurdly fast where those selects exist.
Acts
Handjob as its own stage (after tease).
More intros / teasings (willing, unwilling, antagonize).
More BJ / breastjob / tease poses; prone + visible glutes on BJ/HJ.
Cum: quantity, how it behaves, her reaction; wording uses cums.
Undefined pose = action only, no new stance (for sticking to the last shot).
Prompt hygiene
Furniture / room / lamp / bed / table wording stripped toward backdrop / surface.
Per-shot short audio from act + speed (gag/wet/skin), not only the global soundscape.
Artifact lock (hands/limbs/melt).
Meme on-screen text (copy, fill, outline, time).
Adult-only / “keep her face from Image 1” header lines that were fighting the ref were removed or rewritten to <Subject> / <Picture> lock language.
How to use the new anti-cut path
Tick Start on Picture 1.
First act pose = undefined or the same stance as the still.
Tick all in shot 1 if you want one block.
Do not tick Place to a different room.
Use per-act prompt bypass when you want custom motion without the stock kneel/doggy lines.
Not a model fix. H3 can still invent a cut on a huge pose change (stand → kneel). Keep shot 1 close to the picture.

read the description. i wrote wildcard because that's what it does but it's an html local UI that let you plan and make prompt easier and faster.

This is really cool, though it’s hard to figure out exactly how it works. Maybe you can help me out—I have two questions. How do I add another photo of the female character to clarify her anatomy—like her vagina, nipples, or ass? Also, is there a way to add a description of a male character without using a reference photo? And I don't know why the "start" function doesn't work from the first frame for me, even though I've unchecked the box. Your program really makes life much easier for people, but I would like the option to add dialogues using voice files.

i'm sorry if it looks a mess but it's because it really is. i'm still updating it a lot everytime to fix those minor issues and i'm still figuring it out. been really focused on that reference thing because with lot of camera prompts and wordings it usually mess it up if not prompted accurately. for the references i usually fix that manually and then leave it at the beginning of the prompt without replacing it each copy and paste.
