Meg Mucklebones (Legend, 1985) — Played by Robert Picardo, this swamp hag is a green, slime-slicked grotesque with lank black hair, a hooked warty nose, bulging eyes, a hunched back, and long clawed fingers, half-hidden in marsh weeds and moss. Loosely based on the Jenny Greenteeth folkloric hag, she drags travelers underwater and can be flattered into admiring her own “beauty” before Jack beheads her.

Description
I added the "saggy breasts under clothes" line myself as the original character was visibly female. Though you may want to try something else.
