A character LoRA for Nanally with two outfits in one file: Family Boss and Sunny Surf. The trigger nanallynte carries her — the long pink hair, red eyes, cat ears and cat tail — and the outfit word with its kit line puts on the look: the open black jacket with its badges and red hood, round glasses, cat-face hair ornament, paw-print tie and red pleated skirt for Family Boss; the navy school swimsuit with its name tag, frilled skirt, white sarong and star sunglasses for Sunny Surf. Replace the kit line with any outfit and she wears that instead; hair, eyes, ears and tail stay.

• 🟠 Remapped Anima 2.9B — this version is the same LoRA remapped onto the 40-layer Anima-2.9B layout (weight 0.5–0.7, no patch node needed). It is a remap, not a retrain, so there may be issues with the 2.9B version — if there is enough interest I may retrain it natively for 2.9B.

💡 Tips

• Always paste the whole kit line — the outfit word alone (baseout / surfout) does not bring the outfit.

• red eyes is in the Family Boss line on purpose — some quality-tag stacks pull her eyes toward amber. Add it to the Sunny Surf line too if you ever see that.

• Outfits are steerable: drop the kit line and write any outfit — school uniform, sundress, winter coat — and she keeps her hair, eyes, cat ears and tail.

• Keep her to one character per image — with a second girl in frame, the other one can borrow her hair or kit.

• The name tag text and small ornaments may vary by seed; in scenes full of signs her name can show up on the signage.
