Dengeki no Rosa, also known as Black Ginrei, is a subordinate of Alberto in the BF organization who appears only in the first episode of the OVA Giant Robo: Ginrei Special. She is identical to Ginrei, but with a malicious look, kumadori makeup, and a black cheongsam. Her power consists of placing her hand on the enemy's chest to apply a strong electric shock and steal memories at the same time. She is a original character created exclusively for the spin-off OVA.
