Based on this with a completely redone simpler less cursed dataset.

Krea does materials very well so can do a lot of things, some easier than others. Easymode is satin, slime, glass, latex, leather, chrome/metal. Otherwise may require some work. Middle studs are optional, but pretty easy to invoke if not 100% accurate on quantity. I didn't test on men but it should be gender-neutral.
