โจ The Space-Saver Has Arrived! To everyone running on an 8GB VRAM setup who needs to keep their hard drive lean: this one is for you. ๐ค
You asked for a pure, zero-bloat pipeline, and we delivered! This brand new Solo Minimax Workflow is engineered specifically for creators who are tight on disk space and want to bypass heavy secondary diffusion setups. Instead of cluttering your storage, this pipeline lets Minimax handle the entire video generation from scratch, then hands off the baton to RTX Upscaling to refine, clean up, and boost the final output.
The result? Crisp, cinematic local video generation without the heavy download footprint or Out-Of-Memory (OOM) crashes! ๐คฏ
Prepare to be amazed by what your budget rig can do with a streamlined pipeline.
๐ ๏ธ What's New in this Solo Build
Zero-Refiner Footprint: Dropped the need for extra multi-gigabyte models. Save your disk space for more generations!
Hardware-Accelerated Refining: Connected RTX Upscaling directly to the output to sharpen frames and clear up artifacts instantly.
VRAM-Sipping Quantization: Built entirely around optimized INT4/INT8 configurations so your 8GB card never skips a beat.
Rapid Generation Loops: Fewer pipeline stages mean lightning-fast rendering times from prompt to final clip.
๐จ The Feature Stack
Ultra-Lean Storage: Keep your system clean. No bloated setup, just pure video generation power.
8GB VRAM Architecture: Explicitly optimized for low-budget hardware using tight quantizations.
RTX Clarity Booster: Uses your GPU's tensor cores to refine details and scale up resolution smoothly.
Rapid Iteration Mode: Perfect for fast prototyping and churning out multiple clips quickly.

Hello! I'm using comfyUI desktop. the final frame selector, first frame selector, pixorama note are labeled as errors "unknown pack". how to install them? I tried git clone, pip install etc nothing works.
Inside your custom nodes folder run
git clone https://github.com/DoctorDiffusion/ComfyUI-MediaMixer.git
git clone https://github.com/pixaroma/ComfyUI-Pixaroma
In case they are already there & not working, delete those folders before running this, don't run the requirements yourself in command, let comfyui do it when you restart it post git clone. Then refresh comfyui & try to see if they work. Else update Comfy to latest.
If they still dont work, your installation I'm afraid might be broken. Try a fresh install using EZInstall, it does all the work by itself, updating comfyui is easy through this as well, rarely breaks down. Runs majority of custom nodes without any issue.
Alternatively, you can use select images node instead of final frame selector & put -1 to extract last frame & 1 to extract first frame. Pixorama note has compatible resolutions listed. If you cant read them, delete the note & use a normal note & copy this for quick reference.
