This slider changes how muscular a person appears. Gender is irrelevant.
Good results are achieved with values between -0.5 (not muscular) and 1.5 (muscular). Values above 1.5 make the person appear too muscular. Values greater than 3.5 cause the image to collapse.
The slider also works well with other style or character LoRAs.
