I am currently running the Alpha version in my realistic workflow at 0.18-0,32 strength for finetuning. The gallery pictures I posted are around 0.60 to 0,80 strength to show the main lora purpose effect. It is great for contrast and saturation finetune in general. Very nice tool to have.
