I've never played World of Warcraft, so at first glance I totally thought she was Lux from League... Damn it, bro.
She is original character of noname55 (Actually of Shina, but he/she made Luna for comics in early 2010s). Great 3d artist who makes his 3d anims for free. Check him, he do many characters from various franchises.
She wears tier 5 raid armor from my favortite patch of WoW - The burning crusade which I played when was young. Also she has pretty default female human appearance for WoW after changing models.
