This is a narrow concept LoRA for nursing handjob:

the boy nurses / sucks the breast while the girl gives a handjob.

Combo is the main product. Breast-sucking only is a support mode.

A lot of work went into this release. The dataset was manually curated and cleaned, captions were reviewed so the combo stayed locked without freezing a single character, and multiple weight and pose tests were run to keep the Milk Factory look while still letting you change girls and outfits. The goal was high quality with enough freedom to use it on more than one character.
