This is a workflow designed to achieve a cinematic look with MiniMax H3, specifically optimized to address common AI video issues such as a "plastic" appearance, over-sharpening, harsh lighting, and an artificial "AI feel." By integrating a specially trained LoRA for authentic cinematic texture—while preserving MiniMax H3’s inherent strengths in motion, shot comprehension, and audiovisual generation—the workflow enhances natural lighting, color depth, depth of field, skin texture, atmospheric mood, and lens characteristics. The result is an output that closely resembles genuine cinematography rather than merely applying a cinematic filter. It is well-suited for narrative shorts, dialogue-driven scenes, cinematic advertisements, and genres such as martial arts, suspense, and urban drama, as well as for capturing evocative, mood-driven shots; it also serves as a versatile solution for adding a cinematic quality to everyday video generation with H3.

Excellent work!!
nice lora but i'll never find it again in my collection with that file name
Rename it?
@FrogOnStilts doesn't seem to effect most lora and checkpoint and workflow authors. Are you implying that they have a personal vendetta against this one?
You're not getting buzz for being a company stan.
I feel like my loras would all descend into chaos if I didn't name them all under my own standards. It seems wild to me that people would let them all ride on their original names. I just can't remember all of those standards and mismatched names.
It's so easy to rename it.
@DaddyWolfgang for them too. They post their runpod shill but can't attend to their actual work even to that extent? Makes you wonder if the lora even does anything beyond what the model can natively do with the right prompt.
Lora strength 0.7, trigger word DY.
Nothing is happening.
