Krea2 FinalCut Fusion
AMD, Nvidia, Intel, Mac
If your planing on using low resolution 832x1216 or don't need the line art/anime fusion training use Final Cut Base instead of this model.
This model defaults to nude if clothing is not prompted.
FP16
This version is recommended it is more flexible then FP8 or comfy quant however if the seed or prompt decides on ahego face or "wet skin" it is hard to avoid
Countless hours of work and training have gone into this custom quantization of Krea2. This version has more training then V2 of FinalCut but is slightly less photorealistic do to the anime and other art-style training.
Line Art Style
Anime
Realistic
4-Steps is possible with SGM_Uniform and Euler_A
8-Steps with any Turbo Compatible (Euler, DPM2, Etc) up to 2048x2048
Custom Comfy Version:
INT8 Conrvot: All those using comfy should likely use the INT8 Conrvot version. With a few exceptions.
MXFP8: 50xx users who benefit from MXFP8 increase in speed and use full FP8 calculations (Not cast to BF16)
Scaled FP8: 40xx may see a slight increase in speed compared to INT8 if using full FP8 (Not cast to BF16)

hey bro.Which version could use on MAC?
Universal but you would still need https://github.com/tashiscool/fp8-mps-metal
@Felldude thx bro,great work!
@nailiang002188 For Mac try to use Draw Things App instead Comfy. More human interface and high generation speed with Mac optimized libraries. Local generation on Mac/iPad/iPhone
Really bad prompt adherence. I cannot for the life of me stop it from forcing nudity.
Did you write the prompt with clothing? - https://civitai.red/posts/30634216
@Felldude of course! :(
It will also just sometimes add male genitalia to persons or things... It's so weird.
@thatdude12346 I did notice that is some seeds that where NSFW but I never had it pop up in a sfw prompt - I wonder if it attached itself to a pose or background trigger
@Felldude Could be. "Lying on back" for example always shows the pants or whatever the person is wearing, pulled aside to reveal genitalia. It's frustrating.
Example prompt:
An image in Overwatch in-game 3D Style.
The focus of this image is Mercy from overwatch.
She is wearing gym clothes, shorts and teal shirt with black stripes on it. NO halo, NO wings.
She is fully clothed.
She is lying on her back, on a yoga mat, exhausted. Weights next to her.
The setting is a futuristic military complex.
Almost always generates half-nudity, nipples through clothes, a vagina, sometimes even a big old plonker inserted into her from below. It's unusable
@thatdude12346 - Yeah it could be the lying on back, or exhausted that turbo no assesses with nsfw - I had better success with - A SFW 3D style image of Mercy from overwatch.
She is wearing gym shirt and gym shorts.
She is lying on her back, on a yoga mat, with Weights next to her.
She is tired after a workout
The setting is a futuristic military complex.
Also I noticed at lower res it seems hallucinate more, I had always tested at near 2k - https://civitai.red/images/140917286
I actually am having the same issues.
It has a strong leaning toward nsfw slime, even when fully clothed. eg. My pose generator said she was squatting, so the model removed her underwear and imagined a large amount of inhuman fluids pouring out of her, like candlewax.
If a prompt says 'bruise' it shows up as oily red blobs. Many of my NSFW prompts don't include any mention of a man or penis, but get rendered in reverse cowgirl on a penis or similar. I think the model is sometimes unable to decide if there should be any penetration, and results in a half-measure where there is an oily-waxy-substance pouring out and messing up the floor :D
At first i thought it was my prompts or my lora because i was making NSFW anyway, but the issue clears up with any other model, and re-occurs with this model no matter my prompt/lora/resolution
@eicosa At low res 832x1216 I notice those issues much more also, I only tested at higher 1536 and 2048px latent sizes so I did not notice as much
@Felldude I was testing at 2048 to 3k using DYPE/SEGA, but the issue also occured at 1536. I have just switched to Krea Photon sampler which has removed all the thick wet goo - the only issue left is that people always wet water droplets on their skin even when specifically prompted "dry matte skin" and nothing else in the scene is wet :)
@eicosa this version has more word association errors it seems then V2 - When I was testing I was using long form prompts and only noticed the aheago face issue that came from anime
@Felldude As soon as I can afford to upgrade I can move to higher resolutions than that but for now I'm stuck %-)
@thatdude12346 I would move back to this model, it does better at lower latent it just lacks the anime and art style training as well as a high frequency pass - https://civitai.red/models/2811049/krea2-finalcut-universal-int8convrot-scaledfp8
The ComfyUI version also works with ForgeUI Neo (I tested with neo-classic), but I added two extensions, for Krea2 and int8_convrot format (I believe they're both here), and the DiT loads without issue. :)
A few others mentioned Forge has support for the comfy format, as convrot gets more support I imagine diffusers will add support also
