Straight from my migraine addled brain and into your waifu and your nightmares! It's Yu-gi-oh's Parasite Paracide, here to infest your characters. Japanese card name seems to be 寄生虫パラサイド

Anm_v1: Trained on base Anima. Trigger is still "parasite paracide", but describing the parasite's location with natural language seems to help significantly. Unfortunately also has an impact on the quality/style, so I recommend adding a few extra diffusion steps (~32 - 36 instead of 28-30).

IL_v1: Main trigger is "parasite paracide". Other tags that seem to help are "tentacles", "infested", and "parasite".

Concept adherence is decent, but there wasn't too much good quality training data, so it's not always great at the details and will degrade if used with too many other LoRAs or if other tags have high weights.
