No it is another. the trainingimages had the same "artstyle" but this is more a sobbing with scream/sigh/ whatever you call it. you surely can also prompt a scream with the other you already bought.
But I had the images and the initial Lora was more on a closed mouth with swollen/mournfull lips
Image this expression more as a scream at the start of a cry when bad messages hit her or something.
